Rosemary Castoreno M.D.

Board Certified Internal Medicine

 

Dr. Castoreno was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She graduated from Health Careers High School in 1995. Dr. Castoreno received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. She obtained a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2003. Dr. Castoreno completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2006. She has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2006.​

 

Dr. Castoreno has been a successful hospitalist here in San Antonio. She has extensive experience with the management of hospitalized medically complicated patients.​ Dr. Castoreno is an Internist whose objective is to improve the health, quality of life, and wellness through health optimization.  Dr. Castoreno provides medical weightloss services as an extension of her Internal Medicine practice, Women's Comprehensive Clinic for Internal Medicine, PLLC.  

 

Dr. Castoreno was married in June 2009.  She has three children.
